I’m Jordan McAdam, founder of JMC Consulting, Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Associate of London College of Music (ALCM) for Speech and Drama. I am deeply passionate about helping businesses create workplaces where people genuinely enjoy what they do.

After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, I saw first-hand how many organisations could do so much more to engage, motivate, and retain their people. JMC Consulting was born from that realisation — and from a desire to help businesses build thriving cultures where employees feel valued, connected, and inspired to perform at their best.

I believe that when businesses invest in engagement, they don’t just improve retention — they unlock potential, strengthen performance, and create teams that truly buy into the company vision.

As a mum of three boys, I also know a thing or two about what it takes to run a great team — patience, trust, humour, and a shared purpose!
